We understand that unexpected events may arise, and we strive to be understanding. However, to ensure the best experience for all clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your appointment, kindly notify us by phone, text, or email as soon as possible.
Please be aware that any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 100% charge of the total balance due. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients who might be on our waiting list.
